The apartment is located above our Beading Supply company and the address is 5217-8th Avenue South, Gulfport, Florida 33707. We are just one mile from beautiful Gulfport beach and just 4 miles from St.Pete Beach. Downtown St.Petersburg is only 6 miles away. Close to many restaurants and just 100 yards from the Pinellas bicycle trail. Recently remodeled with a new refrigerator and new washing machine. The apartment is really large and it is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms including a flat screen Satellite TV. There is plenty of off-road parking available alongside the apartment.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment with a very large main bedroom containing a queen size bed. Two of the other bedrooms are small single bedrooms with one standard single person bed in each room. The third bedroom has one double deck bunk bed suitable for kids only. The living room and dining room are both very large and attractive. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the apartment would be 4 adults and 2 children.

Gulfport art walks (twice monthly) - See the art district where shops stay open late during art walks, enjoy arts and crafts vendors and live entertainment on the streets. Take a nature walk through Clam Bayou Preserve. Go for swing dancing lessons at the Gulfport Casino each Wednesday evening or just relax on Gulfport beach. The apartment is just 1 mile from downtown Gulfport for shopping, fishing off the pier, Gulfport City Yacht Marina, restaurants, City library plus plenty more. Only 4 miles from St.Petersburg Beach and the Gulf of Mexico and 6 miles from beautiful downtown St.Petersburg.

Tampa International Airport is just 25 miles away.

Daily rates November through April $80 per night plus 12% Tax.
Weekly rates November through April $400 per week plus 12% Tax
Monthly rates November through April $1000 per month plus 12% Tax

Daily rates May through October $70 per night plus 12% Tax.
Weekly rates May through October $350 per week plus 12% Tax
Monthly rates May through October $950 per month plus 12% Tax

A booking confirmation deposit of 20% is required at the time of your reservation and this will be applied towards your rent.

Maximum stay is 3 months. We will also require a $250 cash security deposit payable when checking in to cover loss or damage to furnishings or property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The $250 cash security deposit will be refunded within one week of your departure provided the apartment is left in good condition without any damage or loss of items. Smoking in the apartment will also mean forfeiting your security deposit.

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the apartment would be 4 adults and 2 children.
