Plantation as an A+ VIP unit due to it's decor and furnishings. AIP
is a AAA four diamond gated resort with 4 golf courses, 23 tennis
courts, a health club and spa.
This condo located on the third and fourth floors has a master
bedroom with a king size bed and a gorgeous view of the condo pool
and beach. The one guest room has a king size bed and private balcony
with a bathroom shared with a guest room with two twin beds. The
bathrooms are both new with beautiful tile. Each room is beautifully
decorated with custom bedding.
The new kitchen is fully stocked for the gourmet cook, or you may
call the Inn for room service. The kitchen is open so that you can
enjoy the ocean views looking through the dining room. The dining
room adjoins the living room from which you can step onto the balcony
overlooking the pool and the beach.

Free domestic long distance telephone service and wireless internet.
Four cable televisions. Televisions with VCR and DVD in master
bedroom and living room. New flat screen televisions in each guest
room. Washer/dryer in unit. Covered parking. BBQ grill at condo pool.
Kid friendly - - - bathrooms at pool. Kids camp available for half
day, full day or dinner! Two balconies to enjoy the morning sunrise
and the evening sunset.

AIP has 4 golf courses and 23 tennis courts. In addition to the
condo pool, the Beach Club, a ten minute walk on the beach, is also
available with two pools and a hot tub with restaurant and bar. An
amenity card is required to use resort facilities ($70/day or $475/week, $475 maximum for more than one week) such as golf or tennis and Beach Club restaurant. Many people go without the amenity card. You can use the Beach Club pools and hot tub without a card, just take your own towel. The Verandah
Restaurant is a very good restaurant on the Plantation and does not
require an amenity card.
