with patio furniture and a barbeque grill for you to enjoy.

vacation rental rates
January and February - $55/day (3 night minimum), $350/week, $975/month.
March and April -$45/day (3 night minimum), $300/week, $875/month.
May - September: $275/week (one week minimum), $40/day, $675/month.
October and December: $50/day (3 night minimum), $325/week, $950/month.
A 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Reservation must be
paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date. A $50 nonrefundable cleaning deposit (for stays one week and longer) and a $200 refundable
security deposit check which is required with the last payment.
