January, March and April: $60/day, $70/weekends (3 day min.),
$300/week, $1000/month.
February - $65/weekday, $75/weekend (3 day min.), $350/week,
$1100/month.
May - October: $40/day, $50/weekends (3 day min.), $200/week.
November - December: $55/day, $65/weekends (3 day min.), $325/week.
A 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Reservation must be
paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date. A $50 nonrefundable cleaning deposit and a $300 refundable
security deposit check is required with the last payment.
