internet access, dvd player, A/C, queen bed (queen plus twin bed optional) two easy chairs, tiled floors, walk-in shower. Full size washer and dryer. Parking available on-site and a large, private enclosed yard
with patio furniture and a barbeque grill for you to enjoy.

Conveniently located close to hiking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining and cultural attractions.

January and February - $60/day (4 night minimum), $375/week, 975/month.

March and April -$50/day (4 night minimum), $350/week, $875/month.

May - September: $325/week (one week minimum), $750/month.

October and December: $60/day (4 night minimum), $350/week, $895/month.

A 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Reservation must be
paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date. A $50 nonrefundable cleaning deposit and a $200 refundable security deposit check are required with the last payment.
