Beechwood is a charming 4-bed/3-bath home nestled in 2.25 acres
overlooking Denning Brook and its heath. The Denning Brook area is a
feeding and nesting ground for many native animals and birds. Beaver
and deer are frequent visitors as well as bald eagles, osprey, great
blue herons, woodpeckers and hundreds of songbirds.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a
vaulted hardwood ceiling. Twin French doors immediately draw you
toward the large deck overlooking Denning Brook and its abundant
wildlife. The dining area and living room, with skylights, create a
comfortable space for the whole family to gather. Attached is a
fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.
A master suit with two person jetted tub and queen bed also overlooks
the heath. A second bedroom with a double bed and full bath along
with a washer/dryer complete the downstairs. Upstairs has a second
"master" bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a
full bath. A delightful deck overflowing with flowers, a new gas
grill and outside seating is the perfect location to watch birds as
the sun sets over Denning Brook. A large private lawn is perfect for
lawn games or reading.

just up the road, Beech Hill Farm, the only organic farm
stand on the island.

This home is located just 2 miles from Fern Way, another MtnSea Properties rental
home allowing close convenience for two families or a larger group
traveling together.
Our rental process:
Step 1: The phone call
Give us a call regarding the house you are interested in. We will
check availability, answer any questions you might have, make sure the
house is a good fit for your needs. To hold the reservation, we will
need a credit card number.
Step 2: The lease
We will send you a lease and tenant information form. You will
return these with a security deposit, and first rental deposit. Once
received, we will send you a reservation letter and copy of your
signed lease.
Step 3: Final confirmation
Thirty days before your arrival, your second rental deposit is due.
Once received, we will send you a final confirmation letter including
a map with directions to the house and key location.
Step 4: Security deposit returned
Within two weeks following the end of your rental, we will send you
your security deposit (minus any charges for damage, outstanding
bills, excessive cleaning)and a quality survey form.
