Cancellation Policy:
60 to 90 days notice - 25% Cancellation fee.
15 days to 60 days notice - 50% Cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days - no refunds.

$500 Damage deposit - refunded within 15 days of departure and
inspection.

Additional fees may apply for mailing of the key and the pass if the reservation of the condo was completed 15 days before arrival and the payment was delayed.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if you do not complete the list of things to do before leaving the condo. $150.00

Only non-toxic and environment friendly cleaning products used.
