Come and enjoy one of the largest and favorably located Ski-in Ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is the largest unit in the building but it is an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group.

The unit is a large 3 bedroom 3 full bath two story (over 1,600 square feet) completely renovated condominium. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors and professionally decorated with all the right touches. Very clean and comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

This is a phenomenal location for any ski enthusiast or first-timer and at a price that is significantly less than other options located on Peak 7 and 8 such as One Ski Hill Place and Crystal Peak Lodge ---- yet with the same quality interior. Enjoy the comfort & convenience of being right on the slopes and having immediate access to a variety of trails -- novice, intermediate, advanced and expert. There are two high-speed quadchairs directly in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Just put on your skis and head 100 yards down the hill to catch a ride. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant and T-Bar lounge, a ski shop, and free gondola and shuttle service to town. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas.

The building has attached, private, covered parking on two levels, so no need to worry about the elements when coming to or from your car. In the last two years, the building has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations to update d├ęcor and improve appearance.

After a great day of skiing on our world class slopes, relax by the fire while you enjoy the beautiful views that our unit has to offer.

Great condo for ski in/ski out

Very nice, updated condo with a great view and optimal location about 30 yards from the lifts at the bottom of peak 8. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and felt comfortable the whole trip. Darren was very proactive getting us keys and info about the condo.

We have rented this condo every year since 1989 or 1990. We are so spoiled by the convenience that we don't ski anyplace but Breck. The owners remodeled a few years ago and the condo is beautiful. They have always made sure that everything is in working order and you have all the amenities you need. Lots of room and very nice. TVs in all bedrooms. The loft is a very usable space and has a full bathroom with shower. Heaters in the floors are a bonus for cold ski feet! The maid service does a great job in keeping it clean and comfy. The view is fabulous - looks over the Peak 8 superchairs. Watched the Dew Tour from the balcony and the delayed play on TV. Ski locker right front of the exit door to the slopes. Never have to get in your car to drive. Access to all of the Breck mountains. It is the best we have found - a 5 star +++++!!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Truly ski in and ski out

I knew it was ski in ski out when I could here the snow cats from the condo! The slopes were just feet from the back door where our ski locker was located.

The condos were conveniently located on the mountain as well. It was a very short drive to the village. It was also located just above a handful of lifts that would take you all over the mountain. Coming back for lunch was easy as well since it was located high enough on the mountain without having to go all the way to the bottom.

The condo was nice, well maintained and well appointed. All bedrooms were roomy and the balcony was huge. A great place to après overlooking the slopes.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
