Beautiful Spacious Beachside Apartment in Sunset Beach

You will love our beach--side apartment in Sunset Beach. It's the
yellow one just in back of the main house right on the beach. To get
to the beach, just cross the patio, down a short private walkway, and you're
on the beach.

This roomy apartment (1200 sq ft) sleeps 2-7 with two comfy queen-size
beds in the large upstairs bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper plus
a full-size futon in the living room. Kids love the futon!

The kitchen has new granite counter tops, all new appliances and
plenty of cookware & supplies to provide the cooks in your family with
all the amenities. You can barbecue on the beach-front with a
gas-powered barbecue or barbecue on the downstairs patio right
outside your front door.

Sunset Beach is the hidden gem of the Southern California coast; a mile-long beach commnity, with a
wide, clean beach and gentle surf, perfect for swimming, sunning, surfing, or boogie boarding, with
a lifeguard stand nearby.


Kite-surfing in Sunset Beach is the best on the coast, on windy late afternoons. You'll meet
incredibly friendly people here, and you can join the locals at the many cafes and pubs within
walking distance.

There are kayak rentals three blocks away for boating in Huntington
Harbor; and Duffy/party boats for rent. Both types of boats are very
easy to maneuver in the Harbor--this amateur has done it!

You can bicycle from Sunset Beach to Newport Beach on a
beautiful oceanfront bike path, or just stroll along the greenbelt which runs the length of Sunset
Beach.

Sunset Beach is centrally located with Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm,
Long Beach, and Newport Beach, each about 20-25 minutes away. You can shop in
nearby Huntington Beach or Seal Beach or explore the greater Los
Angeles/Orange County area. It’s all there for you!

Amenities: Luxurious rooms, with fully equipped kitchen containing all new
appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator;
counter-height table/chairs for 7; washer/dryer is available

Basic cooking supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, spreads), all linens and
paper goods. Bathroom supplies (lotions, liquid and solid soap, paper,
bathroom towels and detergent for washer).

Cable TV , DVD and CD players; wireless internet connection; local phone
service; boogie boards, games, puzzles & beach toys; beach towels and
chairs; barbecues, patio table/chair.

Sunning, swimming, surfing, boogie-boarding, kayaking, bicycling; kite
surfing; basketball; beach volleyball; shopping and tourist
attractions.

Sept 8 - June 15: $1200 per week(6 nights) or 200.00 per night
