The 24 tennis courts (clay and hard surface) are well maintained by
the City of Delray and may be reserved for your use for a reasonable
fee by registering with Delray Racquet Club Association located less
than 100 yards from this unit.

Delray Beach is a charming Village by the Sea where there is always
something to do for everyone.  Over two miles of beautiful public
beaches are only a mile away.  For years, the beaches of Delray have been
designated Blue Wave Beaches by the Clean Beaches Council.   For your
convenience, cabanas and chairs may be rented at any of the beaches.
If you like fine dining, live music, art galleries, shopping or just
an evening walk then the beautiful Atlantic Avenue is for you.
Whether you want quiet dining inside or an outdoor meal with "live
music" at one of the many bistros, the choices are numerous.
Downtown Delray Beach is a retail, cultural, and social hub offering over 150 upscale restaurants, retail boutiques, pubs, nightclubs, and art galleries.
