Private 3 bedroom 2 bath with Loft. Large pool and Jacuzzi in private
enclosed backyard. Also features a small detached bonus room with a
fireplace (makes for a nice reading room).
Located in the trendy NoHo Arts district of North Hollywood
(bordering the city of Burbank and Studio City and Toluca Lake).
Open and spacious floor plan. French doors leading to very private
and secluded back yard.
Gated remote contral entry with private driveway and 2 car garage.
Has highbeam ceilings, wood burning furnace, hardwood flooring in
kitchen. A/C wall units in every room.
Excellent location! All new mattresses, several leather sofas in living areas, new appliances, high thread count bed sheets.
Only one mile to Burbank airport, Burbank studios, and Universal
Studios,..... Downtown L.A. and Hollywood only a 20 minute drive.
Beaches only a 30 minute drive.
