Relax, you're in the heart of the world's most beautiful beaches at 
the Sunbird in Panama City Beach, Florida. We offer our guests the 
perfect locale for a family vacation or weekend getaway for two.

Visit our Sunbird unit on the 6th floor in the east tower. Our "C" 
unit is ocean front with awesome views of the ocean and center 
pool/sunning deck area!  This unit has just been purchase and 
totally renovated with all new appliances, furniture, and "beachy 
decor"  Our unit is clean, spacious, and ready for you to relax and 
enjoy your vacation! The unit has 2 TV's (cable) with DVD and VCR.

We also have a "B" deluxe unit on the 4th floor in the west tower, 
so you have two great, clean condos to choose from.

$450.00 weekly

** Add $50.00 cleaning fee, $15.00 parking pass, and 10.5% Florida 
tax.  Sorry no pets & no smoking.  Minimum age requirement of 25 
years unless traveling with parent or guardian.  No refunds due to 
early departure or weather; deposit required.  All rates subject to 
change without notice until confirmed.
