Prescott or "Preskitt". Almost walking distance to downtown shopping

Aproximately 1400 square feet with a nice front deck. AC and Gas
Heat. Completely furnished. Washer and Dryer. 60" Sony Television,
Dishes, Linens, Towells, Pots, Pans ect.
Rooms include: Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen - Bedroom 1 (Day
Bed with pull out trundle - Bedroom 2 (King side bed with a sleep
number mattress) - Bedroom 3 (Bunk Beds) - Bathroom One (full) -
Bathroom 2 (full) Bathroom 3 (half) - Garage (two car). We also have
2 twin airbeds with mattress pads and sheets, 3 sleeping bags and 2
double airbeds for added guests. BBQ, Outdoor Table.

Very Close to downtown Prescott and Shopping. Nice quiet
neighborhood. Safe and great walking and hiking trails in the area.

Prescott, "Everybodies Hometown" is the perfect place to sit back,
relax and just get away from the hustle and bussell of everyday
life.
We have many historical attractions and of course the famous Whiskey
Row. Take a tour through the Palace Hotel and Bar and see the bullet
holes in the ceiling from the late 1800's. Movie Theaters, hiking
trails. Lynx Lake, Willow Lake, Fain Lake, and Watson Lake are the
perfect places to take photos, hike, fish, and do small watercraft
activities. Visit during the Holidays and see why Prescott is called
Arizona's Christmas City! There is so much to do that we are sure
you
will return year after year.
