Nice family home with a cabin feel nestled in the beautiful pines of
Prescott. Almost walking distance to downtown shopping
and dining. Forest Highlands subdivision off of White Spar
(Montezuma- Whiskey Row.) Close to Safeway, Convienance Stores...
Aproximately 1400 square feet with a nice front deck. AC and Gas
Heat. Completely furnished. Washer and Dryer. 60" Sony Television, wireless internet.
Dishes, Linens, Towels, Pots, Pans etc. There is a piano in the living room.
Rooms include: Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen - Bedroom 1 (2 Twin beds) - Bedroom 2 (queen) - Bedroom 3 (Queen) - Bedroom 4 (Twin Bunk Beds) Bathroom One (full) - Bathroom 2 (full) Bathroom 3 (3/4) - Garage (two car). We also have
2 twin airbeds with mattress pads and sheets, 3 sleeping bags and 2
double airbeds for added guests. BBQ, Outdoor patio furniture.

neighborhood. Safe and great walking and hiking trails in the area.

relax and just get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday

We have many historical attractions and of course the famous Whiskey
Row. Take a tour through the Palace Hotel and Bar and see the bullet
holes in the ceiling from the late 1800's. Movie Theaters, hiking
trails, Lynx Lake, Willow Lake, Fain Lake, and Watson Lake are the
perfect places to take photos, hike, fish, and do small watercraft
activities. Visit during the Holidays and see why Prescott is called
Arizona's Christmas City! There is so much to do that we are sure
you will have a wonderful vacation.

Rates are as follows:
$175 Per Night - Two night minimum
$875 Per Week
$1600 Per Month or Negotiable
Seasonal rates apply.
We charge a cleaning deposit of $150.00 with $50.00 of it being non-refundable.
A deposit equal to the amount of your stay is held up front in order to reserve the dates on a credit card. This amount will be refunded back to the card provided once the property has been inspected after check out.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to check-in for full refund
