Monthly rentals May-July $1500, August-November $1200, December $1500, Jan-April 2014 $2800
$85 cleaning fee (refundable,) $100 condo association application fee and $500 deposit for each rental. Leases are subject to change until Reservation Deposit has been received. Leases are for one month or 4 weeks per condo association rules, preferably beginning on the first of the month. Please do not contact us asking for short-term rentals. Special discounts apply to rentals of 3 months or longer. No smoking and No pets, please. PayPal accepted. Taking reservations now for the SUMMER and the VALUE FALL SEASON as well early reservations for the 2014 SEASON!!
