Rates are exclusive of the 12.5% state/tourism tax and a one time $80
cleaning fee.
Rates also include $100 per month in electric costs.
Security deposit of $400 is required, with payment in full required
30 days in advance of stay. If cancellation is necessary, the full
deposit will be refunded provided the cancellation is made within 60
days of reservation arrival date.
The deposit, minus the cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days
of departure.
