most comfortable, fully furnished and equipped pet friendly 3 bedroom-4 bath home directly on the ocean.
Conveniently located on A1A seven miles north of St. Augustine. Essentially a private beach, located in a 4 mile stretch of single family homes over a mile to the nearest public access-Vehicular traffic limited to an occasional bike and a twice a day tour by the sea turtle nesting patrol on an ATV.

We enjoyed 8 years of vacation rentals here prior to purchasing the home
in 1996. I am sure you too will want to return after your first stay as this is "The Best Value on the Beach". 

A two story structure with both elevator and stairway access to the
second floor. Fenced grassy yard on the oceanside with a raised
walkover to the beach. A circular drive provides safe and easy access
to the highway (A1A). The garage provides parking for a single
vehicle and contains a washer, dryer, freezer, gas grill as well as a
second refrigerator.

The first floor includes two bedrooms (Queen Beds), two baths,
breakfast bar (seats 2), dining area (seats 6), fully equipped
kitchen, living room with ample seating, cable TV, CD/Radio and
access to the oceanside deck and fenced back yard.

The second floor includes the Master Suite (King Bed, Walk-in shower,
walk-in closet and Cable TV), Office (Desk, chair, fax/printer, sofa
and computer with DSL internet access), Den (Seating for 6 and Cable
TV) and Game Room (game table, cable TV, wet bar, refrigerator and  microwave as well as a collection of board games and puzzles).
All include ceiling fans and access to screened porches on both the
west and ocean sides.

Near by are scores of restaurants (fast food to gourmet dining),
Target, K-Mart, Walmart, two major malls, two Outlet malls, three
major grocery chains, numerous convenience stores (one just 1.5 miles
north), a multitude of golf courses (including the Tournament
Players Club and the World Golf Village with it's golf museum and
IMAX theater), Historic St. Augustine (Spanish Fort, Alligator Farm,
Marine Land, museums, guided tours, a multitude of shops and other
tourist attractions), pier and charter fishing as well as boat, jet
ski and kayak rentals

All rates are plus 9% Florida Tax and $150 Cleaning Fee

Check In- after 4PM Saturday Check Out- before 10AM Saturday

One half of rental rate due upon reservation. Remainder of rental
rate plus $500 Security deposit due 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
Security deposit refunded within 30 days of departure less
adjustments for loss, damage and/or phone or TV charges incurred by
the renter.
