Charming Pinot Noir Cottage on Lodi's Wine Trail in California Delta

This is a charming and cozy updated farm house cottage with views of
the vineyards amid a beautifully landscaped property. The Pinot Noir
cottage sits along the Lodi Wine Trail, connecting you to   our
local wineries, and is in walking distance of Micke Grove Region Park.
Lovely, refinished hardwood floors, new windows and ceiling fans add
charm and comfort. This two bedroom and one bath cottage features new
furnishings and amenities. There is a King Size Bed and Queen Size
Bed, dining table for 6, sun porch with reading bed and comfortable
furnishings in the living room with TV. The remodeled kitchen and
bath feature tiled surfaces, new appliances and also have access to
laundry and 1/2 bath and seperate sitting area. The beautiful stone
patio gives views to the vineyards behind and the sun porch gives you
a view of the vineyards across the road.

This cottage is appointed with new kitchen appliances, dinnerware,
bake ware and cooking utensils. Central Heat and Air, Filtered water,
Ceiling Fans and open floor plan give a comfortable stay any time of
the year. Hi Def Satellite TV and WIFi Internet Access are part of
the amenities. The bath has newly updated tile and a shower/tub
combination with hair dryer.
The kitchen is outfitted for cooking and casual eating, with coffee
maker, toaster, ice bucket and tea kettle. Access to another room
with washer dryer and half bath is available, as well as a lovely
patio area,outdoor lighting and another room for sitting and reading.
Parking is off street and has gated access.

This cottage is near our Micke Grove Regional Park and San Joaquin
County Historical Society. We are located along the Wine Trail of
Lodi. Lodi is the Zinfandel capital of the world, yet we offer a wide
variety of award winning wines from our 60 local wineries. Enjoy the
events of our wineries, featuring musical performances, and art shows.
Just across the nearby vineyard is Micke Grove Regional Park and Zoo,
and the San Joaquin Historical Society . The park features a lake for
fishing, water fountains for children and centuries old oak groves
amid the picnic grounds and Japanese Tea Gardens. The nearby golf
courses are within five miles and the Delta is conveniently located a
short drive outside of Lodi for boating, skiing, fishing, camping and
wildlife viewing.
We are just a few miles from the downtown shops and restaurants of
Lodi. Located within fifteen miles South are the Stockton Sports
Arena, University of the Pacific, Haggin Museum, Pixie Wood Amusement
Park, and Bob Hope Theater. Historic Old Town and Downtown
Sacramento is a half hour drive North. The historic Mother Lode
region and the Sierras are within 90 minutes.

Very popular in the fall and winter months is wildlife viewing. The
Lodi/ Delta /San Joaquin area is along the Pacific Flyway, and
migrating birds winter here. Schedule a time to view the magnificent
Sand Hill Cranes, migrating snow geese and ducks. Combine a visit
while viewing wildlife on a tour at a local winery with river access
to the Mokelumne River.
