Cleaning Fee: $55.00 ( $75.00 Peak Spring Break)    Sale Taxes:  $11.5%

 Security/Damage Deposit :  Purchase of "Property Damage Protecton Plan" serviced by CSA  may be required. This takes the place of a Security/Damage Deposit. Frees up your money to use while on vacation ! Spring Break may require an additional deposit.

- Credit Cards an Debit Cards accepted (PayPal) you do not have to have a Paypal account easy to use.
- Reservation Deposit is required ($200.00) to hold the reservation .This goes toward the total rental fee. This is not an additional fee to your total . Reservation is not confirmed until Rental Rules and Policies are signed and scanned back and Reservation deposit is received.

Cancellation : 
 If you cancell 30 days in advance there will be a full refund of the Reservation Deposit.
Cancellation for monthly rentals is 120 days in advance.
