Vacation Rental Description

This is the best value for a family vacation destination in Panama  
City Beach, Florida! This unit has been updated with new tile floors  
and carpet in Sept 2006. The kitchen updated with a new refrigerator  
and stove in 2006, New dishwasher 2007. Come and explore the World's  
Most Beautiful Beaches. This condo is part of an oceanfront complex  
on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, and is conveniently located to  
restaurants and shopping. Great amenities include a pool with  
clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, and a charcoal grill. The pool has  
been resurfaced & new heater in 2007. 
  
This first-floor unit is right by the pool, and just steps from the  
beautiful sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico -- where you can  
parasail, jet ski, windsurf, and splash in the emerald green water.  
Parking is right in front of your door, so you don't have to carry  
your things up steps or across large parking lots. This unit also has  
a patio where you can watch the kids in the pool.  
 
The area boasts some of the finest restaurants in Florida, as well as  
numerous family eateries. Shipwreck Island waterpark are located a  
short drive away. Enjoy convenient day trips to the unique town of  
Seaside where the movie "The Truman Show" was filmed, and to Eden  
State Gardens.  
This condo is located on Thomas Dr. At the end of Thomas Drive is the  
beautiful St. Andrews State Park! This is the #1 favorite place of  
our visitors to go when they stay at our condo. The location of this  
condo is great!! 
Panama City Beach offers a variety of sea excursions including deep- 
sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling.

located within the same price range on Front Beach Rd. 2 miles West of Pier Park.

            March 14-28,2009          $599/week + cleaning fee + tax  
            March 28- May 30, 2009    $450/week + cleaning fee + tax 
             
          "Spring Break 2009  "Feb 28- March 28,2009 may require up to $350.00 Security Deposit to  
be held until after check out inspection is done" this will be in addition to total rental fee.

  Repeat Business $50/discount - does not apply to specials 
Parking Fee is not collected by owner: Please go to office by the pool to get your parking pass  
$10.60/vehicle. Max number of parking spaces  allowed are 2 for this unit.

Repeat Business gets an additional $50 discount on all weekly rates  
that are not specials

Cleaning Fee:  $55.00 
Local Taxes:    9.0% 
 
-We accept Visa ,MasterCard & American Express 
-$200.00 on a charge card is required to hold a reservations. The  
$200.00 goes on the balance of the total bill. The $200.00 is  
refundable if you cancell before 21 days of the arrival date. After  
the 21 days of arrival date the total refund is not guaranteed. 
Damage Deposit: There will be no charge unless there is damage to the  
unit. Call for more details. Rental Rules & Policies must be read & signed 
Your charge card number will be held for up to a maximum of $200.00/Summer 
or $350.00/Spring Break may be charged for any damages to the unit. 
-Cancellation Policy: 21 days in advance there will be a full refund 
After the 21 days a refund in not guaranteed. Cancellation for  
monthly rentals is 60 days in advance. $400.00 required to hold a  
monthly reservation.
