Trails include some technical, easy and intermediate, singletrack, doubletrack, old logging roads, cart paths, etc. The majority of the trails are cross-country, though there are several downhill runs and a freeride trail. If you're a non bikers you can enjoy trail running, nature study, peaceful walks, and hiking or roaming around the beautiful Vermont roads. We often came in just for hot chocolate or to switch so some kids could rest while others could keep skiing. It was so convenient. My husband and I  stayed at this three bedroom condo for two nights with our three kids ages 14, 11 and 7. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The condo was very spacious, ski in/ski out, nice warm woodstove, new bedding, and the two older kids enjoyed the freedom they had to be able to go off and ski anytime they wanted to. We had a wonderful weekend! Laura
