condominium are 2 pools, a game room, and a gym. The apartment
accommodates up to three guests.

A four nights minimum stay is required.
Plus, $50 one-time cleaning fee, 50% deposit due at reservation, and
full payment due 2 days prior check in.
A $200 security deposit is required, and will be reimbursed after
checkout with apartment in
excellent conditions.
