10th- floor OCEAN VIEW, ONE BEDROOM apartment in the heart of
Condado;24 hour security guards, walking distance to many
restaurants, CASINOS, the best boutiques, 24 hour supermarkets,
churches, hospitals, pharmacies, banks, and is only a ONE MINUTE WALK TO the beach; fully equipped kitchen, QUEEN size bed (linens and pillows
included), full size futton, dining area, living room area with TV
and DVD player, walk-in closet, full bath with shower and tub(towels
included), and central AC.
If you are renting a car includes one parking space. Within the
condominium are 2 pools, a game room, and a gym. The apartment
accommodates up to three guests.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT AND NO PETS ALLOWED. More pictures
