Our beautifully decorated villa has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, a queen sized bed in the loft, and a full size sleep sofa. The villa has 2 baths, full kitchen with nook, dinning room, living room, deck, and screened porch with a nice view to watch the sunset over a quiet pond. The bedrooms all have TVs with the living room having a TV, DVD, and sound system. For those chilly fall or spring evenings, there is a gas fireplace in the living room.  The full kitchen has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay: coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. There is a full size washer and dryer.  Linens aren't included; however, arrangements can be made for your convenience. Cable internet service provided.  Note:  Grill in picture was removed due to community restrictions.

Located on October Glory we are just a short walk to either outdoor pool, the amphitheater, and the Village Pavilion which houses the community's fitness facility. In the Pavilion you will also find an indoor pool, 2 saunas, a hot tub, a well equipped fitness room, game room plus computer and WiFi internet access, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, volleyball court, and an all-weather basketball court.  There is a playground for the kids but we recommend driving since it is located on the opposite side of the community.  Going to the beach couldn't be easier! Just step outside the villa and you can catch the beach shuttle to Bethany Beach, which runs every 45 minutes throughout the day from late-May through Labor Day.  If you are still looking for more, Bear Trap Dunes is just minutes from tax-free shopping, restaurants, state parks, Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City, MD, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.
