This condo is in a small (6 units) complex, with a center courtyard.  It is a 2 bedroom, 1 with King size bed, TV w/ dvd player, and 2nd with 2 queens, and 2 port a cribs for infants. There is a Murphy bed (double) that pull down from the dinning room wall. There are 2 baths, one with a large oversized oval tub, with shower, for several little children at a time or wonderful soaking after a long  day on the beach. Second bathroom is downstairs with shower.We have curbside parking. (Convenient for carrying children, groceries and luggage inside).  There is a parking pass for you to use during your stay, which allows you to park anywhere in Oceanside whether metered or not. (Except on the 3rd Monday of the month, during specific hours for street sweeping).  There are also 4 parking spacing on the property, which are first come first serve. You have an enclosed garage for parking your car and also has boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon with beach toys and 4 wet suits for your use. You have approx. a 2 minute walk out your front or back door to have your feet in the sand.  Lots of G & PG rated movies for the family.  The condo is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. There is a peek of the ocean from the Master Bedroom and upstairs bathroom.   Great location.  Short rides to Disneyland (1hr), Seaworld (30 min), and Legoland (10 min).  New beach access close to condo. Two minute walk to the sand. Theaters, and a "50's" cafe nearby.
