This condo is in a small complex, with a center courtyard. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 with Queen size bed, TV w/ dvd player, and 2nd with 2 full size beds.There are 2 baths, one with a large double shower with 2 overhead nozzles and double sinks. Second bathroom is downstairs with shower .We have curbside parking. (Convenient for carrying children, groceries and luggage inside). There is a parking pass for you to use during your stay, which allows you to park anywhere in Oceanside whether metered or not. (Except on the 3rd Monday of the month, during specific hours for street sweeping). There are also 4 parking spacing on the property, which are first come first serve. You have an enclosed garage for parking your car and also has boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys etc/ You have approx. a 2 minute walk out your front or back door to have your feet in the sand. The condo is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. Great location. Short rides to Disneyland (1hr), Seaworld (30 min), and Legoland (10 min). New beach access close to condo. Two minute walk to the sand. Theaters, and a "50's" cafe nearby.
