fishing retreat, we can help make it happen! Located in Summit County,
bordering Grand County,close to everything but far enough away to enjoy
an authentic mountain getaway experience! The tiny hamlet of Heeney
gives the feeling of being world's away from it all,while still close
enough to everything Colorado has to offer!

Luxuriously rustic decor yet with all the modern upgrades and tons of
amenities. These beautifully custom handcrafted cabins have been
lovingly restored using reclaimed, reused, recycled and sustainable
wood and products. Each cabin has been meticulously updated from
their original 1940's state and then fabulously furnished with your
cabining in comfort in mind. If you love the outdoors but also love
having the comforts of home look no further! Our cabins are fully
furnished, exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you
need to make your Colorado vacation all it can be. Each cabin
has washer/dryer, dishwasher, skylight, ceiling fan, electric heat
throughout as well as wood stoves with firewood provided. There is no
need to rough it! The only thing these cabins don't have is satellite
or cable, and that's cause' we really do want you to relax! We do
offer DVD & VCR players in each cabin with an extensive movie library
and stereos with CD and MP3 capability. Each cabin also has a nice
selection of board games, cards, books and magazines and puzzles so
you can relax and enjoy time spent together.

Tucked away between two incredible mountain ranges, the Gore and
Williams Peak, the area offers the best in skiing, snowboarding,
snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, mountain
biking, extensive hiking trails in nearby National Forests to explore,
hike Lower Cataract Loop with the family or for a more challenging
hike try Upper Cataract Loop or Surprise Trail. Go shopping at the
Outlets at Silverthorne. Visit Kremmling just 15 minutes north! Go
golf at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks in Silverthorne. Tour old
mines and visit downtown Breckenridge just 45 minutes away. Enjoy rock
climbing, hunting, white water rafting, kayaking, hang gliding, lake
or fly fishing in the Gold Medal Trout waters of the Blue River. There
is water skiing, jet skiing & wake boarding, wind surfing, swimming,
boating as well as on site boat rentals at the Heeney Marina, on the
Green Mountain Reservoir, 4-wheeling trails surround us and you can
go horseback riding at nearby Rusty Spur Ranch. In the winter
ice-fishing is a big deal around here...don't be left out in the cold
this winter! Enjoy wildlife viewing, sightseeing, not to mention good
old fashioned relaxation! All just minutes from your cabin door!

• We accept Visa & MasterCard! 5.775% Summit County Lodging Tax will be added to total. The full balance is due at the time of booking to reserve dates. 2 night minimum on weekends and holidays. Single night stay may be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Call for availability. You have up to 45 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation but you may be subject to a cancellation/change fee. Reservations are non-refundable for cancellations inside 45 days prior to your stay, unless we can re-book those dates. If we are able to re-book all your dates, we will give you any refund due, less the cancellation/change fee.You may reschedule your reservation to a future stay but will still be subject to the cancellation/change fee. In the event that you do re- book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total. Rates are subject to change at any time.
• 5.775% lodging & sales tax added to total. We accept visa, MasterCard! We can accept personal checks with a minimum 45 days advance. We can not 'hold' dates.
  
  Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is 11:00 am. No early check-ins. You can not drop things off at the cabin prior to your check in time. Please do not ask.
  
  'No smoking inside'. No pets.
  
  We do not charge per person but we do limit cabin capacity! We reserve the right to, and will, charge double the rate of your cabin per night of your stay if we find you in violation of cabin capacity or any other policy violation. We reserve the right to refuse service.
