Puerto Aventuras, a gated community, is located 15 minutes south
of Playa de Carmen in the direction of Tuluum and is about an hour
south of the Cancun International Airport.
Puerto Aventuras is one of the more recent tourist developments
in the area. The cristalline waters of the Mexican Carribean and
its white sand beaches make your stay here seem magical, pleasant and
peaceful.

  Condo #414 is located on the 4th floor QUINTA DEL SOL of a luxurious new complex on the beach with direct access to the ocean. With WiFi (Wireless Internet)
The condo has one bedroom with a queensize bed and a comfortable
foldout in the living room. The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances. The refrigerator is partially stocked with the "little things" and plenty of ice. You can buy fresh fish at the marina. One good grocery trip
to the supermall in Playa and you're set for the week. "Cooking in"
is not a bad option. It will save you a ton of money for other
things. Self service or full service laundry is available nearby. We
can arrange for daily maid service for local rates depending on your
requirements.
There is central air if you must and great ocean breezes and
ceiling fans if you prefer the fresh salt sea air. Kick back with HD
video and stereo. There are lots of movies and cd's and a small
balcony with a view of the sunset and the marina. An internet cafe is
close by. Wireless internet MIGHT be available when you arrive.
For your convenience we supply a cell phone, 2 bicycles, and soon
a kayak. You can get to the shops, restaurants, golf, tennis and
watersports easily enough on foot or bike. For local excursions there
is a car rental nearby or you can get around pretty easily with taxis
or combis (local public transport vans) which will take you into
Playa for about $1.50 or to other tourist attractions along the new
highway. Very popular and cheap, taking the combis (combees) is a
great way to meet locals and practice your Spanish or find other
tourists from all over the world.
Cars are convenient but parking is iffy many places and traffic
in Playa can get burdensome depending on time of day, etc. You may be
better off with local transportation!
Bring your backpack!

Kids can have a great time here. There is a local private
bilingual school K-12, so they may want to make some new friends.
There are students from the U.S., Europe, and Mexico. There's even a
local skateboard park built just for locals. Do they want to meet a
new friend in Mexico? There's soccer, basketball, martial arts, and
more. Want to visit a class, learn to salsa dance, or find a pickup
