Vacation Rental Description

Tropical Isle is located off Santa Rosa Blvd at 683 Nautilus Court.

This condo has a gulf view from the living area and the front porch.
It is approximately 100 ft from the beach (front door to the beach).
The Destin area beaches have won national acclaim for their clean-
liness and are literally steps away from the front door.

There are many restaurants close by as well as kids parks,a fishing 
pier, the Gulfarium, and the convention center.

Kitchen --fully equipped - incl. microwave, blender, taoster, coffee
  pot.

All you need to furnish are food, clothes, and beach towels.  
  
 

Activities and Attractions

There are mini golf courses,championship golf courses, theme parks, 
water parks and of course the Gulfarium.

For fishing, there is very little better than the fishing fleet in 
Destin or the Anglers pier.

For shopping, you can enjoy the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 
100 stores, the new Destin Commons or the hundreds of other shops in 
Destin and Fort Walton.

For dining, you can select from all the nationally known franchises 
or locally owned seafood and steak restaurants. There are hundreds to 
choose from.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring --- 03/06 - 05/15 --- $750/wk
Summer --- 05/16 - 09/06 --- $750/wk

Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day weeks -- $800/wk

Fall   --- 09/07 - 11/01 --- negotiable
Winter --- 11/02 - 03/06 --- negotiable
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks -- 650/wk

Note: Above rates are subject to change until confirmed. A   
cleaning fee will be added to the rental fee. A $200 deposit is 
required to confirm a reservation and will serve as a damage deposit 
until your departure. This deposit is fully refundable if there is no 
damage to the unit. You must cancel 30 days in advance of arrival for 
a refund of your deposit. The rental payment is due 14 days pryor to 
arrival date.
