vacation rental description
Triplex located right on the beach at Cape San Blas. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a queen bed. Units 2 and 3 also have two twin beds in with the double.
There is a queen sofa sleeper in each unit.
Up to two pets allowed at $35/pet.
Please inquire on availability, we do not maintain the calendar on this site. Generally, we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. If there is a vacancy within 2 weeks, we will book less than weekly stays with a three night minimum.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico. Boat launching at St. Josephs
Peninsula State Park, Kayak launch on the bay nearby. 25 miles from
historic Apalachicola and many fine restaurants, 12 miles from Port
St. Joe and more fine restaurants. The area is bike-friendly and
pet-friendly. Dive shops, boat rentals, and fishing charters in both
Port St. Joe and Apalachicola.

Weekly rental periods start and end on Saturdays.
Stays of less than a week can only be booked within two weeks of the stay in the low season and within a week of the stay for the mid and high seasons. All stays have a three night minimum.
To all stays, add $60 for cleaning ($60 every two weeks for monthly rentals), $10 + $10/person/week for linens (max $60 per stay) and 11% tax. Pet fees are $35/pet, non-refundable, 2 pet maximum.
