20% surcharge for Holidays (Dec 24-Jan 7 2011) and Spring-Break+Easter Holiday (March - April 2011) if lease is less than one month.

All rates plus 11% tax.

Free cable TV + high speed wireless internet + weekly poolcare and garden maintenance + pest control + city water.

Electricity use additionally charged at $0,15/kwh.

Refundable security deposit of $750/week or $1.500/month

Cancellation Policy:

-up to 60 days before arrival: 20% is due

-up to 30 days before arrival: 60% is due

-up to 15 days before arrival: 100% is due

The day we receive a written cancellation is relevant. We recommend a travel insurance!
