This waterfront beach retreat is located on a barrier island adjacent
to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and is just steps away from
the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The 5 Bedroom/4 Bath
home on Navarre Beach has an open floor plan with a large Kitchen,
Living and Dining area with high ceilings, and wrap-around windows
which offer amazing views. The Living Room has a built-in
entertainment center with a big screen HDTV, surround sound, and a
stereo system with speakers and volume controls throughout the house
and outside patios. The well equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream and
perfect for entertaining, with upscale stainless appliances, double
oven, custom granite counter tops, and a wine cooler. The house also
has high-speed Internet at no additional charge.

This beautiful new custom-built home is only 2 years old. Skipper's
Cove has windows everywhere so you will enjoy views of the Gulf of
Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound (Gulf coast intra coastal waterway), and the
untouched natural preserve right outside your doors. From the Living
and Dining area, you walk out onto a gorgeous natural stone balcony
which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico, offering
panoramic views and fabulous sunsets.

You have your own private beach behind the house, which provides easy
access to swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing. You can even bring
your boat and park it behind the house. The community pool is just a
few steps from your front door.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king
bed and private balcony overlooking the intra coastal waterway and
Gulf of Mexico. The master bath is absolutely beautiful, with
travertine floors and vanities, a separate shower of natural stone,
and a jetted tub. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms also have king beds
and private baths. On the main floor you have two bedrooms, both with
king beds.

This house is located at the end of the island, immediately adjacent
to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which cannot be developed.
This provides wonderful opportunities for you and your family to
explore unspoiled nature at its best. It also allows for breathtaking
views of the natural untouched beach and water, and awesome sunsets
over the sand dunes, Santa Rosa Sound, and Gulf of Mexico.

We live in the local area and are available to handle any special
requests and provide immediate assistance if needed.

All reservations during high season must be for a minimum of 1 week,
from Saturday thru Saturday. During off-season, we will accept
reservations for less then 7 nights.

Please note that renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age. We do
not rent to college, high school, or other student groups unless they
are accompanied by their parents.
