The Silver Moon in Asheville

This adorable 720 square foot vintage log cabin has been completely
renovated and is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown and
the Biltmore Estate and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is
uniquely situated in a quiet neighborhood of similar cabins that was
originally built during the 1920s-30s as a resort. Offering charm
and comfort, smiles upon entering are guaranteed! Affordable and in
the midst of everything that's happening in Asheville, "The Silver
Moon" is a perfect retreat for pleasure, business, or while planning
a re-location to the area. It offers everything that you need for a
short term home away from home. Enjoy an "upscale-rustic" experience
during your visit to our beautiful town.

The Silver Moon is comfortably furnished and has one queen bedroom and an
additional bedroom with a twin bed and a twin futon.  There are two bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a tub.  The cabin offers central heat/air, a fieldstone fireplace with gas logs, hardwoods and ceramic tile,
washer/dryer, and all linens and towels.   You can enjoy the flat screen TV with basic cable, a DVD player and library,  a CD player with an iPod dock, and wireless internet.  The fully equipped kitchen also has starter coffee and teas,  coffee filters, a bean grinder and everything you would need for a pleasant cooking and dining experience.  The Silver Moon has a covered front porch with a swing and rocker and a private, whimsical back yard with seating and a charcoal grill.  Additionally, there is a carport and off-street parking for 2 cars.

Arrangements can be made
in advance for flowers, wine or special occasion surprises to be

Asheville offers a wide range of activites for everyone! The
Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and The Arboretum are all
very popular tourist attractions. Outdoor activities are plentiful:
hiking, biking, golf, tennis, kayaking, rafting and a nature center
can be enjoyed within a short distance from the cabin. Skiing and
snow tubing can be enjoyed about 30 minutes north of the city.
Downtown Asheville shouldn't be missed---lots of great restaurants,
music venues,theater, shops and galleries, street musicians,
antiques, trolley tours and a whole array of eclectic entertainment!
Magazines with current events/attractions are provided in the
cabin.

January thru March: $100/night (2 night minimum) $600/week or $1400/month 

April thru December: $125/night (2 night minimum) $775/week or $2200/month

All taxes and cleaning are included in the quoted fees.

Rates are for a 2-3 person occupancy. Add $15/night for a fourth person.
