Vacation Rental Description

The Mana Kai Maui, at the very south end of Kihei, starts the glorious 2 miles of sandy uncrowded 
Wailea beach all the way to the 4 Seasons Resort. Though the Mana Kai complex has the address of 
Kihei, we relate more to the Wailea area as we start that beach (Keawakapu Beach, or the Wailea 
Beach as it is called) It is the prime location on Maui and a very popular complex. A 5 million 
dollar renovation to the entire complex was completed in Fall of 2006.  Our very special TOP FLOOR 
VIEW at the Mana Kai Maui is breathtaking. Our Mana Kai Maui condo has one of the very top panoramic 
ocean view in the entire complex. It is high upgraded, brand new kitchen, etc. with full amenities 
and the spectacular view out to the islands, all the way down the coastline and up the volcano. The 
Mana Kai Maui is right ON THE SAND with beautiful glass enclosed pool, waterfall, gourmet restaurant 
and bar, top of the line deli, travel desk, beauty parlor, tiki torches on the grounds at night, abd 
best if all, this area has by far the best climate on Maui...least chance of rain. We take pride in 
providing a top of the line accommodation for our vacationers who return year after year.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedrooms, 2 baths, high speed internet, completely equipped kitchen, two televisions, 2 king sized 
beds, new queen hideabed, mirrored walls to reflect the view, VCR, DVD,Stereo,sound of waves 
throughout, washers and dryers on every floor. Our spacious lanai has a breathtakingly beautiful 
view. Indoor and outdoor dining tables. Lovely grounds with Tiki Torches and large swimming pool, 
beautiful landscaping, ON THE SAND with miles of pristine uncrowded beach, lounge chairs, flowering 
trees and plants. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming - best snorkeling on Maui, miles of pristine uncrowded beach to walk and enjoy. Finest and 
newest hotels are down the beach with entertainment, restaurants, luaus, etc.   Tour desk, tour bus 
pickup, Beautiful lobby and friendly staff.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our Mana Kai Maui condo rates too December 15th 2008, as a one bedroom the rate is $255 per night 
plus tax. As a two bedroom it is $275 per night plus tax. For the hotel unit it is $125 per night 
plus tax. High season rates (January and March to April 15 2009) the one bedroom rate is $320.  As a 
2 bedroom it is $375 per day. Peak season takes in the 2 holiday weeks and the month of February. 
The rate is $380 per night and as a two bedroom only.  Contact owner for any questions you have and 
for any changes to rates.  Our web page has a complete description and many photos.  The above 
pricing is for a 7 plus night stay. The rate is higher for less than 7 nights and for less than 5 
there is a cleaning fee. Call owner for any special rates for last minute openings as well as web
