Washer & Dryer. With southern exposure the residence has fabulous direct light.

Located in the historic area recently designated as MiMo on BiBo this vacation home is
found within the private and virtually hidden neighborhood of Historic Bayside. The area
is also commonly referred to as Miami’s Upper Eastside – a collection of many of
Miami’s very first neighborhoods all of which are located on the Bay. Due to the MIMO
District within its borders and neighboring Design District and Wynwood Art District, the
Upper Eastside is home to a large population of fashion and design oriented people.
There is a lot of artistic expression in the area and MUCH to explore!

This bayside community is accessed only through 69th street at Biscayne Blvd (Starbucks
on SE corner). The newly transformed entrance is a true testament to the beauty and awe
of Miami. The landscaped center median is lined with beautiful palm trees setting the
stage as the street curves to reveal a fabulous park with breath-taking bay views of
Miami and Miami Beach.
