Welcome to the one of the few beach homes
available right in the heart of Ponte Vedra between the
famous Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and Lodge & Club right on
the famed Ponte Vedra Blvd. (Note: This home is not 25
minutes away in South Ponte Vedra like so many homes listed
on this website) Newly redecorated and updated, the beach
decor and comfortable furniture will make your family feel
right at home ON the beach.
Take the newly remodeled, Gourmet Kitchen, that has all the
amenities you would expect including a Viking range, Sub-Zero
refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, granite counter tops,
plus a breakfast bar ... A great gathering place for
family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen area is the dining area
and one of the two ocean front family rooms. A great area where everyone
can gather to enjoy a meal!
The dining area seats four but feel free to pull up a couple extra chairs,
not to mention the stools at the "Ticki" bar and the breakfast bar.
Attached is the cozy comfortable family room,complete with a big screen TV
(Cable, of course), DVD and VHS players.
If the Gourmet Kitchen & Great Room area are not enough, there's the
Family/Game Room with full size pool table and lots of comfortable
seating looking out to the ocean. A sliding door takes you right
out to the deck.
The deck extends across the entire back of the house, with doors
off the dining area,the game room and one of the master bedrooms.
The deck has a large farmers table with umbrella and comfortable
wood chairs that seats 6+. There is also gas grill. What a way
to enjoy a beach side barbecue! Also, off the deck is your private
walkway over the dune and out to the beach.
When it's time to sleep, the accommodations are inviting and comfortable.
There are two Master Bedroom Suites with Kings and full baths and TV's.  They
are set on opposite sides of the house for privacy. The "Bunk Room" -
third bedroom - is a child's dream. Two Bunk Beds with a complete "Game System" and a Video player. Lots of games and books, too.
More to keep you comfortable: a Maytag Neptune washer/dryer,
wireless internet, outside shower and all the beach chairs,
toys and towels you need.
This location is convenient to shopping, groceries, and so much more.

ADD 10% tax and $150 cleaning fee.
ADD $400 for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years, Gator Bowl, GA/FL, TPC and Easter weeks.
$500 nightly rate from October-March (3 night minimum).
