Peak Season rate is $1250 weekly.
Off Season rate is $600 weekly or $125 per night (3 night minimum)

50% deposit required to reserve, $75 cleaning fee, $50 check-in fees
7% State of Maine Lodging Tax additional.  $400 security deposit required.
