Secluded Oceanside Home (2410 North Beach Avenue) in Spray Beach

Come and enjoy this privately situated oceanside home on an
oversized lot.  The beach is a block and a half away
with lifeguards on-site and handicap access ramps.

Our vacation home has a reverse living configuration with two master
suites plus three additional bedrooms and three and half (3 1/2)
bathrooms. This home has an oversized kitchen with two decks. The
kitchen contains a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator and breakfast
bar with a view. A full complement of dishes, flatware & utensils.

The upstairs Master Suite contains a jacuzzi tub, upper deck access
and a television with dvd. The living room (located downstairs) has
a cathedral ceiling with fireplace,(television, stereo,  and wet bar.

The screened in porch is accessible off the living
room, complete with plenty of comfortable seating, and most times, a
beautiful ocean breeze. Hardwood floors gleam throughout the home.

Outdoors, willow and birch trees are scattered around the property.
In the spacious back yard, there is a clothesline for hanging wet
beach things, picnic tables with umbrellas, and a gas grill. A
outside shower is also ready to rinse off any lingering sand. Plenty
of off street parking.

Deposit of the first half will hold the reservation, balance plus
security deposit is due at least thirty (30) days before check in.
Check in is after 3pm on FRIDAY
Check out is before 11am on FRIDAY
FRIDAY RENTALS WILL AVOID TRAFFIC,
NO PERSONAL CHECKS SORRY

Shopping, beach access, restaurants, water park, arcade, amusement
park, playgrounds, bike rentals, boat rentals, sight seeing tours and
more all within walking/biking distance.
