Situated on over 1 acre of beautiful desert overlooking the city, this
resort style vacation destination is perfect for Spring Training, golf
outings, or a fantastic family vacation. Central to all Arizona has
to offer, but you may not want to leave the property. Relax in the
huge 30,000 gallon heated saltwater pool, swim up to the poolside
bar/gazebo with in-pool seating for 4 and sip a refreshing drink while
waiting for your favorite entree to come hot off the grill, or relax
in the 8 person hottub under the stars.  Spend your evenings playing pool
upstairs in the loft with satellite tvs, video games and access
to over 1500 feet of covered decks and open patios all with stunning
city light and desert mountain views. The perfect place to watch a
spectacular sunset with a glass of wine. At the end of the day you
may want to relax and watch a movie in the home theater. For those nights you want to stay in
and relax, the kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in the family
with double convection oven, island stove with prep sink, gourmet
cookware and all the small appliances you will need, all overlooking
the greatroom with 14 ft lodge pole ceilings, stone fireplace and 60 inch HDTV  so the cook can still be part of the fun.
For a good nights rest, the Master Suite is
over 400 sf with stone walled walk-in shower with body sprays, two
person Jacuzzi tub and a king size bed. Double doors open out to the pool area.  The second bedroom also has a
king bed with pool view and is next to a huge bathroom with tub and walk-in stone shower.
The third bedroom is set up as a combo bedroom/home theater.  It is a large room with two extra long twin beds with a row of elevated theater style seats behind the beds.  The front of the room has a big screen tv with 5 speaker surround sound system.  Kids absolutely love this room!  They have their own private home theater complete with games and toys.  The twin beds convert to a king bed for the comfort of adult guests.  The upstairs loft has a very comfortable queen futon with upgraded inner spring mattress and has a private bath.  We also have two futons that can be set up either in the 4th bedroom which is the home office or the master bedroom to increase the sleeping capacity up to 12.  We can also provide additional futons at a nominal fee if you have more than 12 in your party.  With over 3400 sq ft there is plenty of room to spread around.  We have had up to 16 guests sleep comfortably in the home.  Some of our more adventurous guests have even set up futons on the outdoor covered patio upstairs for a night of star gazing and city light views.
While being only minutes from city amenities this is truly a
unique desert vacation. The property backs up to a 10 acre preserve
so the pool area is very private with view fence all around. Your
daily visitors will include gambels quail, rabbits, chipmunks, hawks,
falcons, great horned owls and at night you may hear the lonely howl
of a coyote as you admire the star filled sky.
