The Wells/Hoxmeier townhome is a tastefully decorated, comfortable,
very clean, non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with a finished
basement area. The townhome will sleep up to 10 people and is located
next to the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, racquetball, hot tubs and
additional showers. It is perfect for couples or families with
children. The location is beautiful with beaver ponds, mountain
stream and crystal clear lake.

Fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, laundry room,
washer/dryer, TVs, DVD, stereo, phone, fireplace, and great views.
The heated basement area is carpeted and has a TV, bunk beds and a
foosball table. A perfect place to put the kids...

The townhome is within walking distance of many restaurants,
shopping, fishing, the marina, bike/ski rentals, the bus stop, the
bike path, running track, soccer fields, and Lake Dillon. It is also
convenient for cross-country skiiing directly from the condo and
mountain biking in the summer.
