along with a Living Room and Sun Porch.
The Master bedroom has a Flat Screen TV.
Cottage also has Central Air, Ceiling Fans, and a New Modern Bath.

The location gives you a feeling of being on the Beach, but provides

This house captures the jersey shore experience perfectly, and not the MTV way. The sandy pedestrian lane it is on leads right up to the boardwalk and the closest beach entrance is also the quietest part of point pleasant beach. The house was immaculate, updated (with central air), and perfect for our family of four. The little things that matter are here-games, DVDs, charming decorations, cleaning supplies, hooks on all the doors, extra ziplocs, etc. We loved everything about it. Nights out front once the kids were in bed were our favorite. Highly recommend!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
