This four bedroom cottage with 3 full bedrooms and one queen bedroom, 2 bedroom apartment with one full bedroom and one bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle,  and 1 bedroom
boathouse with a queen bedroom and full size futon in the living room, is the perfect setting for an outstanding family reunion.
It can be rented in its entirety or as three separate units. All of
the units are right on the lake with magnificent views from each
unit.
Dock is splendid for swimming and accommodates 2 boats up to 25ft in
length.
Located on the east side of Lake George on Harris bay, the views are
magnificent and the sunsets are enchanting. Situated within the
delightful hamlet of Cleverdale, one can walk down the block and have
a lovely dinner at the Sans Suisi Restaurant. Groceries can be
obtained at the charming Cleverdale Country Store just down the
street. Only 10 minutes from Lake George Village, Fort William Henry,
Outlet Shopping, Golf, Miniature Golf, Waterslide World and much more.

All units are waterfront, 2 Private boat docks, huge deck on the
water for lounging and swimming, gas grills for each unit, washer and
dryer in the main house and boathouse, fully equipped kitchens in all
units, T.V.'s, VCR/DVD players, and stereos in all units, wireless
internet in all units. Linens will be provided. Motor boats are
permitted and a Canoe is provided. Just minutes from The Great Escape
Amusement Park, Lake George Village and many public golf courses. Go
to the races. Saratoga racetrack is nearby.

You can go Swimming, fishing, waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing,
canoeing, jet skiing or you can just relax on the dock and enjoy the
view.
There are many public Golf Courses as well as miniature golf within a
few miles of Westview.
There are many hiking trails within a mile of "Westview", including
Buck Mountain, and you can also go rock climbing, or horseback
riding.
The Great Escape Amusement Park is only 15 minutes from "Westview".
Come and enjoy some history. Visit Fort Ticonderoga and get a deeper
understanding of American history.
In August, go to the races at The Saratoga Race Track which is just a
half hour drive from "Westview". For those of you who appreciate the
arts the Saratoga Performing Art Center is a wonderful way to enjoy
an evening.
