Hospitality is what best describes us.  You will contact the owner for your vacation scheduling.  Once in Puerto Rico, you will be welcomed at the condo by an owner representative.  You will receive an explanation on the condos amenities and surroundings areas of interest.  In addition, the owner representative will be on call for any additional questions you might have. 

This is a 400 sq. ft. studio located on the eleventh floor with a private balcony and a beautiful view to the Isla Verde beach.  Access to the beach is within a 5-minutes walk. Accommodates up to 3 people.  This condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde within 3 miles of the San Juan International Airport and 10 Km (6 miles) from Old San Juan historic sites.  Isla Verde is one of the main touristic areas of San Juan, home of luxury 5 star hotels and a wide variety of internationally and locally known restaurants that run the gamut from steak houses, sushi to gourmet cuisine. Just off the beach you will find small shopping centers, lots of fast-food eateries, 24 hour fresh food supermarket, pharmacy, taxis, buses, car rentals, tour offices and most other tourist services.

Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or practice water sports like windsurfing, parasailing or kayaking.

Enjoy your vacation in this prime location for less than 50% hotel rates. Perfect year round temperature in the 80's F during the day and 70's F at night.
