Vacation Rental Description

One of the most popular 4-BR units along this 16-mile stretch of
the beach, this very nicely decorated 4-BR condo on third floor
(4-story bldg) offers magnificent views of the ocean and beach for
miles in each direction. It is located in a small gated community
(Sunset Beach). Also has view of the community's beach-front swimming
pool. Master bedroom (with an ocean view) has king bed; second bedroom
(also with an ocean view) has queen bed; third bedroom has two double
beds; fourth bedroom has trundle bed which lets out into two single
beds. Fully furnished kitchen; large balcony, TV/VCR in all bedrooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach, swimming pool, large screen TV, fireplace, outdoor grills in
parking lot.

Activities and Attractions

Many of the area's top golf course are less than 30 minutes away.
Unique restaurants all along Scenic Highway 30-A. Quaint Seaside
(shopping and restaurants) is 7 miles to the west. Beautiful Rosemary
Beach community is less than a mile to the east. Huge outlet mall in
Destin is 14 miles away. Fishing at Panama City Beach or Destin is 15
miles away.

Summer: May 24-Aug 9 $3,290/week (weekly only)
Fall: Aug 9-Oct. 25  $1,950/week; $325/night
Thanksgiving Week/Christmas Week: $1,550 (weekly only)
Winter: Oct. 25-March 2 $1,550/week; 260/night; $2,400/month

Three night minimum Spring, Fall and Winter; weekly only in the summer
