Traverse Bay. Centrally located between Traverse City and Elk
Rapids, Michigan, this remodeled A-frame chalet is at the end of a
beautiful wooded area and is great for that family vacation or
romantic getaway. 2 Bedrooms, fully furnished. 1 bathroom with a
shower. Sleeps 4-6 guests comfortably. Please, no smoking or pets.

Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, blender, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Gas grill and
picnic table. TV and VCR. Indoor games provided. Two king size beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Blankets, pillows and comforters are
provided. Guests need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels (bath
and kitchen) and soaps.

Enjoy swimmng at the beach and walks through the woods. Horse Shows by the Bay Equestrian Festival at Flintfields Horse Park is only a short distance away.  Award winning golf courses nearby, including The Bear, The Chief, Hawk's Eye and The Legend. Located only 6 miles north of the Grand Traverse
Resort just 16 miles north of downtown Traverse City. Within walking
distance to Petobego Pond State Wildlife Game Area. Close to Old
Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas, known for their wineries and wine
tours. A great vacation rental for easy access to Grand Traverse
Bay, Torch Lake, Elk Lake and Lake Bellaire.

$900 per week or $3,000 per month.  Minimum 1 week rental. Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. 
$450.00 deposit (non-refundable)...PLUS $250.00 Security deposit
