Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful upscale professionally remodeled oceanfront condo.  
Includes 1 large bedroom with a king size bed w/cable television and VCR/DVD player,  
alarm clock and closet, 1 bath w/marble top vanity and seperate  
marble shower and large closet,living room w/television, CD player   
modern furniture and  fully equipped kitchen area with a full  
size refrigerator and marble top buffet counter. Located on the 10th  
floor of the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn, in the  
Hotel Zone, the views of the ocean, beach, mountains and  
coastline from the condo or private large balcony are spectacular.  
Just steps away from the elevators, cabs are at the entrance to the  
lobby and buses are in front of the complex. Very convenient, 10  
minutes from the airport and downtown and a few blocks to a shopping  
plaza and huge supermarket. Our condo is not  
set up for small children.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Use of the huge swimming pool, with swim up bar and free beach  
towels, gym, sauna, tennis court and whirlpools. Various shops, 3  
restaurants, one right on the ocean, internet service, safe and room  
service available. Lounge in the lobby has nightly entertainment.  
Condo includes a telephone, hair dryer, iron,ironing board,  
telephone, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Activities and Attractions

Daily activities at the pool including volleyball, water arobics,  
etc. Parasailing, fishing and massages on the ocean are also  
available. Golf course and downtown restaurants, nightlife and  
shopping are just minutes away.
