Vacation Rental Description

Our cozy condo is the perfect spot for that tropical getaway. We are  
located on the beach on the Hotel Zone. You are close to all  
conveniences and yet you are just seconds from the beach. The beach  
in front of our condo is known for its safe swimming. No rip tides,  
under tows or big waves, just beautiful clear 80 degree water with  
white sandy beaches.  
 
Our condo is clean, tidy, and affordable. The kitchen has a full- 
size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, blender and more.  
We are fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. There is a  
remote controlled air conditioner, color TV with cable channels, CD  
player and radio. 
 
The grassy grounds around our condo are very beautiful with many  
flowering shrubs and bushes and a variety of palms.  
You may want to have a cold drink at the pool side restaurant or sit  
on the sundeck overlooking the ocean or maybe lie on the white sand  
beach and suntan, whatever, it is all here. There are tennis courts  
on site if you feel more active or if water sports interest you,  
there are jet skis, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, scuba and more  
on the beach. 
Best of all, there are the blues, turquoises and breezes of the  
Caribbean at your doorstep.

Low Season....(APR. 16 - JUN. 30).....$325/WK. 
Mid Season ....(JUL. 01 - SEP. 01).....$375/WK. 
Low Season ....(SEP. 02 - DEC. 14).....$325/WK.
