Ocean Breeze has 2 Gulf Front King Master Bedrooms with their own private baths, a 3'rd Gulf Front bedroom with a queen and bath right outside it's door, and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks and it's own private bath. The 5'th room on the Master 1 level can be used as a either a private Master Sitting / TV area, an office if you need a quiet place during a working vacation or a 5'th Bedroom with a trundle bed which can be 2 twins or a king.

Ocean Breeze has an open floor plan on the main living floor with panoramic views from the living kitchen and dinning area. The first time I walked in it took my breath away!

There is also a 2nd living area complete with an elliptical machine in case you would like to keep in shape while on vacation. This room is great for the kids to watch tv or play games.

If you enjoy listening to the sounds of the surf and watching the waves lap up onto the White Sand beach while you hang out on the deck with family and friends or as you nod off to sleep at night, then you won't be disappointed during your stay at Ocean Breeze. 

Ocean Breeze's construction was completed in May of 09.  There are upscale furnishings and appointments throughout this new executive home to enhance your beach vacation, including granite counter tops in kitchen and baths.  And having been renting vacationers ourselves before becoming beach home owners and property managers, we strive to ensure the kitchen, as well as the rest of the home is very well stocked so that you do not need to load a  uhaul for your trip to the beach.  We understand that vacations are supposed to be for STRESS Relief, - and not full of unpleasant surprises.

Decks are furnished with plenty of chairs and loungers as well as around the pool area. Complete with a picnic table on the grill patio.

Located approx 2 miles from the entrance to St Josephs State Park, there is a very wide and beautiful white sand beach just outside your door.

And for those special little beach visitors,  a pack and play crib and high chair are also provided.

Once you're on the decks and see the views and color of the gulf water as a pod of dolphins cruise past, you'll think you have found paradise.
