Located on the main road to Amalfi and near to Ravello and to the sea,
the Villa was the theatre of storical events after being the residence
for hunting and fishing of the Princes Marsiconovo and the barons of
Compagna. This is the place where King Vittorio Emanuele III and queen
Elen stayed and where he
abdicated the throne to his son Umberto.
Scarpariello gave hospitality also to famous politicians as Jacqueline
Kennedy, the ambassadors and ministers of Italy, famous actors and
major industrialists. This receptive structure is well organized to
make your vacation as in your best dreams: maximum relax, friendly
staff and a very good level of privacy.
Amalfi Coast is well known for such beautiful places as Positano,
Ravello and Amalfi, but if one day you do not want to go out of the
Villa, just ask to the staff for each necessity: we will be glad to
take care of your person. It is possible to stay in a double room with
sea view or in an apartment with sea view.
Tramonto Apartment
This apartment of around 100 square meters large has three double -
bedded rooms , one with a sea viewed balcony and two without sea view.
Inside the spacious dining room there is a table with some chairs for
the guests, a sofa, an armchair, a Tv and access to a long balcony
with sea view.
The kichen is equipped with all the utensils for basic cooking , a 4
burner stove, a hood fan and a refrigerator and has an extra table
with other chairs.
A small semi – covered balcony is reachable from the kitchen.
The bathroom has a large shower with a shower wand.
A small private garden with table and chairs is on a corner of the
balcony.

Incanto Apartment
This 50 square meters large apartment has no cooking facilities and is
made up of a triple and a double room which share a loggia with sea view.
Both the rooms have a TV.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower head.

Suite Jacqueline
This apartment is 45 square meters large and can guest up to three
people or two adults and two children.
Two people can sleep in the double room with two sea viewed windows
framed by arches and one in the dining room’s sofa.
This area offers a table and some chairs, a tv and an ancient fireplace.
The up of this apartment is the marble columns decorated balcony
overlooking the sea

Basic cooking is possible in the small kitchen featuring a 4 burner
stove, a hood fan, a microwave and a refrigerator.
The bathroom has a bathtub.

Amalfi Apartment

Passione Apartment
Accomodation of 40 meters square made of a double and a single rooms
both with sea view , a small terrace with sea view, a bathroom with
shower.

It’s pleasantly furnished with antique furniture and paintings.

Rooms
Having been the relais the house of hunting and fishing of several
noblemen, that influence still lives in marble statues and in ancient
taste artefacts. Flowers, lemons, coloured plants and an endless blue
horizon introduce the accommodations to the eyes of the guests.
To complete the offer, the complex offers also five double rooms. All
of them have sea view and are situated in different zones of the large
garden. Comfort is at finger tips thanks to air conditioning, mini bar
and telephone in each room.
All these solutions have a stunning sea view and are very quiet, the
only sound you could hear is that one produced by the sea waves on the
cliffs…

VesuviusPompeii was razed down by the eruption of Mont Vesuvius in 79
A.D. and interred by several meters of lapilli and ash. The visit to
this ancient city will give the opportunity to see many artifacts well
preserved which still now testify its grandeur. After the visit,
optional lunch in a restaurant in the vicinity and the excursion to
the Vesuvius up to 3.000 feet and on foot to the crater for the visit
with local authorized English speaking guide. A visit to a corals and
cameos factory will take place before the return journey.
Pompeii: visit of ruins (minimum four hours)
PompeiDriving via Ravello or via Sorrento, within one hour driving
from Amalfi Coast, we will reach Pompeii destroyed by the eruption of
Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D and interred by several meters of lapilli and
ash. The visit to this ancient city will give the opportunity to see

where there are preserved most of the treasures, statues, and frescoes
found during the excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Naples (eight hours – more on request)
Naples is a city full of contradictions, but with a soul full of
culture and art. Maybe no other place in the world have such panorama
and concrete signs of a brilliant past. The visit of this city should
begin from the two major squares, Piazza Municipio and Piazza
Plebiscito, then to the two famous castles, Castel Nuovo and Castel
dell’Ovo. Nice should be also a car tour across the Naples, from St.
Carlo theatre to Mergellina, one of the most beautiful spot to enjoy a
breathtaking panorama.
Herculaneum: visit of ruins (four – five hours – more on request)
ErcolanoIt was destroyed, along with Pompeii, in the eruption of Mount
Vesuvius beginning on August 24, A.D. 79 that buried them in
superheated pyroclastic material that has solidified into volcanic
tufa. Bronzes, silver objects and marble statues, testify the presence
of rich Roman people in this city before its falling.
Sorrento (four – five hours)
SorrentoIn the sky of the most known resorts of Southern Italy,
Sorrento’s start shines very much. It deserves a visit even because of
wonderful panorama, numerous shops (interesting should be also the
woodwork and inlay factories, typical products of the city) and
monuments, as the Arabic influenced Cloister of San Francesco (XIV
century). To visit the churches placed in the villages in the vicinity
as Piano di Sorrento and Meta di Sorrento.
Caserta (five – six hours)
CasertaVisit of Caserta's Royal Palace, a XVIII century structure
built following Charles of Bourbon's willing to emulate Versailles'
Chateau. The palace, one of the last big example of Italian Baroque,
has 1,200 rooms and a richly decorated interior.
Amalfi Coast’s jewels ( four hours per village)
PositanoRavello is the city of the music. Yearly music festival that
takes place there made Ravello ascend to this position and know it
worldwide. Absolutely to visit are Villa Rufolo, that was built in
1200 A.D. with his sea viewed garden that amazed Wagner and Villa
Cimbrone, still thankful to Sir Ernest William Beckett, the man who
reorganized in 1904 its structure making the lodging one of the most
charming in Italy. To take in consideration also the fascinating XIIV
century Duomo.
Amalfi

worldwide known holiday resort. The unmistakable cluster of white
tightly packed houses rising up the hillside is dominated by the
beautiful Cathedral which stands superbly on the lop of a great flight
of steps leading up from the main square. The Duomo dates from the

the 1800's and displays a mix of styles, from Moorish to Norman, to
Gothic, A contact with Amalfi “very bound to the sea”‘s past is given
by ancients “Arsenali”, the place where “galee”, boats, were built and
where some proofs of the splendour are still preserved.
