cabinets, and premium furnishings and bedding. If you would like to 
have it all with easy access by simply opening your slider and 
walking out, this is a terrific family vacation choice.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is 
located a couple hundred yards away from famed Cocoa Beach Pier!  
Walk right over to enjoy open air dining right over the ocean for a 
truly unique and wonderful view.  The pier is deceiving from the 
pictures.  It is quite large.  The pier features 3 large restaurants 
with both open air and enclosed dining, several lounge areas, 
several shops, and a nice little tiki bar right out at the end of 
the pier. Many activities are often offered at or near the pier such 
as wave runner rentals, parasailing, beach volleyball, fishing right 
off the pier at the end of the pier, surfing, and more.This is a 
true A+ Location.  Just a minute away from World Famous Ron Jon's 
Surf Shop and all the restaurants and shopping you could ever want.  
Port Canaveral is just a few minutes away and offers the largest 
gambling ship in the country.  Departures are twice daily.  Or from 
this world renowned port you can also tie in a major vacation cruise 
with Royal Carribean, Carnival, Disney, Holland America, and 
others.  Or from Port Canaveral you can charter a deep sea fishing 
boat and experience the hard earned victory of catching a huge ocean 
fish such as a blue marlin.  Other excursions that can be chartered 
from here include sailing, sightseeing and many more.  Contact us to

traveled the state of Florida and found this area to be the best

extremely easy to reach from Orlando - just a 45 minute drive on the 
B-line from Orlando International airport. The Best of both worlds; 
Florida attractions and the Atlantic Ocean.

We do not require a damage deposit.  Just $300 down and the balance 
60 days prior to arrival.  We accept all major credit cards plus 
debit cards.  Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival or sooner 
receive refund less $50 processing fee.  After that, no refunds 
unless we can re-rent the condo for the same amount.  We rent 
Saturday to Saturday only unless you see a last minute special that 
would be listed in this section if any were available.

Please add 11% Florida tax and $85 one time cleaning & laundry fee 
to all rates (we provide clean towels and linens)

No pets, No Smoking in the condo.
