Custom, fully-furnished 3400 sqft house with outstanding unobstructed
mountain & city views. Either 5 bedrooms, or 4 bedrooms & office.
Currently arranged with a convertible bed in the office, allowing for
a total of 10 people to sleep comfortably in the house.
Fabulous kitchen with ample counter and cooking space. Large master
suite with fireplace, jetted tub and gigantic walk-in shower with
etched glass surround. Open living area with fireplace visible from
great room, kitchen, & formal dining room. Patio with built-in
barbecue area looking over hot tub and fabulous sparkling
pool*. Built in fire pit offers relaxing cozy evenings outdoors from
which you can admire the city lights. Security shutters, at the push
of a button, to make you feel totally secure or just to create a
theater setting for movie viewing. Ceramic tile in the living areas;
new plush carpet in bedrooms. *This pool is not heated during the off season (October - May).
The Retreat has been exquisitely furnished with brand new pillow top
beds, high-end furniture, linens, towels, and all household items. We
have just installed new upgraded carpet in the bedrooms and all walls
have been freshly painted. The decor and choice of furnishings make
for a truly executive level retreat. Come and experience peace and
privacy with breath-taking views in a beautiful house.

Extras include: A 65 inch HDTV with a home theater system with Blu-Ray
and iPod docking station, an HDTV in the Master Bedroom, 4 other TVs in
the house, high speed internet service with wireless router, high
capacity washer and drier, 2 fireplaces, popcorn maker, too many to

vacation rental rates
All reservations have a $500 minimum rent regardless of season.
Sept, Oct = $2,000/week, or $300/night (2 night minimum)
Nov, *Dec, Jan, Feb = $2,600/week, or $400/night (2 night minimum)
Mar, Apr = $2,000/week, or $300/night (2 night minimum)
May, Jun, Jul, Aug = $1,750/week, or $250/night (2 night minimum)
* Rent for Dec 19, 2009 through Jan 2, 2010 is $2,800/week or $450/night (2 night minimum).
Please contact us directly for monthly rates. We offer discounted rates for returning guests and referrals.
All rentals will be charged an additional $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. We require a signed agreement and deposit to hold a reservation. The deposit converts to security deposit and is refundable after check out assuming no damages. We accept only major credit cards.
