Our villa was completed four years ago on the historic Wentworth estate, an estate filled with banana, orange, lime, mango and papaya trees. Believed to be the illustrious Captain Henry Morgan's historic lookout and sitting adjacent to playwright Noel Coward's dramatic estate "Firefly," Cabarita Lookout has one of the most beautiful views in all of Jamaica. Elegant yet cozy, we want our home to be your "home away from home." On your arrival at Montego Bay Airport, you'll be greeted by Cutty, your driver, butler and new "best friend." Cutty has a wealth of knowledge about Jamaica and will be happy to share the lore of his land as he drives you to Cabarita Lookout. On arrival you'll be greeted with a rum punch by Sharon, both a fabulous cook and meticulous housekeeper. Cool sea breezes and breathtaking views will erase any memories of work or travel.
Cabarita Lookout is located in close proximity to James Bond Beach, Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove and Fern Gully. The villa has private beach access at Moxon's Beach Club about a 20 minute drive from the villa. Moxon's is perched on a cliff with a beach and 1 mile snorkeling reef within swimming distance. Snorkeling gear is available at no charge. For the more adventuresome, try rafting the Rio Grande, boating to Black Sands Beach and hiking to the Tacky Waterfall, exploring Cockpit Country or deep sea fishing with local fishermen. Or just kick back and relax around our new pool and be catered to by Cutty, Sharon and Racquel. Early mornings join Cutty as he goes down to the beach to pick up "the catch of the day" from local fishermen. Sharon's cuisine ranges from local to international. You are free to design your own menu.
Cabarita Lookout comfortably sleeps three families or three couples with extra beds available. The van and driver are available at all times during your stay. Whether you are looking for an active family vacation loaded with activities for you and your kids or just a quiet private getaway with friends, Cabarita Lookout promises memories you'll treasure forever.

Thinking of a romantic Caribbean wedding? While Cabarita Lookout is just 4 years old, we have hosted a 5 weddings and a rehearsal dinner. I hope you’ll agree, the results were stunning. We have a wedding planner on staff, Verlie Carty, who has a fabulous Jamaican nursery filled with gorgeous tropical flowers. Our planner is also a talented maker of cakes and event coordinator. The weddings all included the ceremony with pastor, fabulous meal of lobster, Mahi Mahi and chicken, and dancing under the stars - and for under $100/per person - a modest price according to current American standards. $2190 US per week (for up to 6 guests, over 6 guests please add $250 per guest) ($2790 US per week for high season: Thanksgiving through April) includes villa, van (8-passenger) and driver, and cook/housekeeper. Kitchen fully equipped and stocked for meals upon your arrival. First dinner and breakfast included with rental (if flight times allow).
You buy groceries, liquor and extra fuel for side trips. Rate includes
airport transport.
